Director Ajith Nairs' Book "Paranjalum Theeratha Kathakal" Launched in Bahrain

The new book by renowned film director and writer Ajith Nair, titled "Paranjalum Theeratha Kathakal" (Stories That Never End, even when told), was officially launched in a vibrant literary ceremony held in Bahrain.

The book, which features forewords by celebrated director Hariharan and author Benyamin, was unveiled at the Bahrain Keraleeya Samajam (BKS) Baburajan Hall, organized by the BKS Literary Wing.

The compilation is a diverse collection of short stories, memoirs, and travelogues. It offers readers an insightful look into various themes, including the innocence of childhood, the profound life experiences of the Gulf diaspora, and the unique perspectives of a filmmaker.

The formal launch ceremony was inaugurated by BKS President P.V. Radhakrishna Pillai, who handed over the first copy to BKS General Secretary Varghese Karackal.

Leading media personality and radio presenter Rajee Unnikrishnan formally introduced the book to the audience.

The event saw active participation from prominent personalities and literary enthusiasts from various fields, underscoring the vibrant literary taste of the expatriate community in Bahrain. Felicitations were offered by dignitaries including Soman Baby, Dr. Babu Ramachandran, Pradeep Puravankara, Premjith, Pradeep Pattheri, Mohini Thomas, Prashanth, Asha Rajeev, Balachandran Konnakad, Krishnakumar Payyanur, and Praveena Vimal.

Ajith Nair delivered a response speech to the audience. The function was initiated with a welcome address by BKS Literary Wing Secretary Vinayachandran Nair, and the vote of thanks was proposed by Literary Forum Convener Sandhya Jayaraj.
