Bahrain Selects 15 Rising Stars for 11th Prime Minister’s Fellowship Program
The Prime Minister’s Office (PMO) has announced the selection of 15 outstanding government employees for the 11th intake of the prestigious Prime Minister’s Fellowship Program.

The Prime Minister’s Fellowship Program is designed to develop Bahrain’s next generation of leaders by offering a one-year secondment at the PMO. Fellows undergo advanced training in research, policy analysis, and leadership, gaining hands-on experience in government decision-making and implementation.
Through close collaboration with senior officials, the program equips participants with the skills and insights needed to drive innovation and excellence within their respective ministries and authorities, strengthening Bahrain’s public sector capabilities.
