HM King Hamad Receives Ambassador of Qatar

Manama, Sept. 28 (BNA): His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa today received His Excellency Sultan bin Ali Al Khater, Ambassador of the State of Qatar to the Kingdom of Bahrain, at Al Safriya Palace.

HM the King welcomed the Qatari Ambassador and reviewed the deep-rooted fraternal relations between the two countries, as well as ways to strengthen cooperation for the benefit of both peoples.

His Majesty expressed appreciation for the Ambassador’s efforts in supporting bilateral ties and in following up on the Bahrain-Qatar Causeway project, which is expected to boost economic integration between the two nations. He wished the Ambassador continued success in his duties.

For his part, the Qatari Ambassador expressed gratitude to HM the King for his commitment to reinforcing the strong historical and fraternal bonds between the two countries and their peoples.
