4,625 pilgrims selected from 23,231 online applications

The Supreme Committee for Hajj and Umrah Affairs has announced the preliminary acceptance list for Bahrain’s official delegation for the 1447H/2026 pilgrimage.
A total of 23,231 people registered before the online portal closed, and all applications were reviewed following electronic screening and the appliclgrims has now been drawn up in line with Bahrain’s national quota.
The committee confirmed that preliminary acceptance notices are being issued to all selected applicants.
The official date for accepted pilgrims to select their preferred Haj tour operator will be announced later, allowing licensed organisers time to present their packages and giving pilgrims the opportunity to review, compare, and choose, fostering a competitive environment.
