HRH Crown Prince Salman Meets Japan’s Keizai Doyukai Delegation During Official Visit

His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, reaffirmed the depth of relations between the Kingdom of Bahrain and Japan, noting their strong bilateral ties, long-standing partnership, and fruitful cooperation across multiple fields. He emphasized the advanced levels of collaboration achieved, particularly in industry, trade, and the economy, which reflect the mutual commitment of both nations to expand and strengthen these relations.

This came as His Royal Highness met with a delegation from the Japan Association of Corporate Executives (Keizai Doyukai), in the presence of His Highness Shaikh Isa bin Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Minister at the Prime Minister’s Court, and senior officials, during his official visit to Japan.

HRH highlighted the importance of continuing to enhance economic relations between Bahrain and Japan by encouraging private sector participation in both countries. He noted that such initiatives would create opportunities for strategic partnerships, foster economic growth, and expand trade exchanges. He further stressed the value of drawing on shared expertise and experiences to open new horizons of cooperation that serve common goals and interests.

The meeting also reviewed several issues of mutual concern and discussed recent developments in the global economy.
