Asian national held for drugs

A 24-year-old Asian national has been arrested in possession of narcotics with a market value exceeding BD1,300.
This was confirmed by the Ministry of Interior as part of the security efforts undertaken by the Anti-Narcotics Directorate at the General Directorate of Criminal Investigation and Forensic Science to protect society from the scourge of drugs, the Directorate, in cooperation with the Muharraq Governorate Police Directorate.
The Directorate explained that, upon receiving information regarding the case, Anti-Narcotics Police immediately initiated search and investigation operations.
