The Pravaasi Association of Angamaly Nedumbassery (PAN), a cultural and charitable organisation in Bahrain, will host its annual Onam celebrations, ‘Onam Ponnonam 2025’, on Friday at the BMC Hall.
Festive highlights
The programme will bring the community together with a grand Onasadhya (traditional feast), Thiruvathira dance, Oppana performance and a range of arts and sports competitions.
Guest of honour
Indian Ladies Association President Smitha Jenson will attend as chief guest. PAN President Pauly Parambil, Secretary Davis Manjaly and Programme Convener Rayson Varghese announced the event details.
The organisers said the festival would showcase Kerala’s heritage while strengthening cultural bonds within Bahrain’s Malayali community.
