Bahrain Leaders Bid Farewell to Philippine Ambassador

Deputy Prime Minister Shaikh Khalid bin Abdullah Al Khalifa and Minister of Youth Affairs Rawan Najib Tawfiqi separately received Philippine Ambassador Anne Jalandoon-Louise on the occasion of the completion of her diplomatic mission in Bahrain.

At Gudaibiya Palace, Shaikh Khalid praised the strong and steadily developing relations between Bahrain and the Philippines, highlighting their growth across various fields. He commended the ambassador’s efforts during her tenure, noting her role in strengthening the bonds of friendship and cooperation between the two nations. He also wished her success in her future assignments.

Meanwhile, Minister of Youth Affairs Rawan Najib Tawfiqi welcomed Ambassador Jalandoon-Louise and emphasized the importance of the close ties between Bahrain and the Philippines, particularly in youth cooperation. She expressed her appreciation for the ambassador’s dedicated work in building bridges of collaboration and wished her success in her upcoming roles.

Ambassador Jalandoon-Louise, for her part, extended her sincere gratitude and appreciation to Bahrain for the support and cooperation she received during her tenure. She noted that her mission contributed to expanding bilateral relations to broader horizons, especially in youth programs and initiatives, which reflect the shared commitment of both countries to nurturing young talent.
