Bahrain’s Civil Service Bureau has announced that government ministries and agencies will shift to remote work for the majority of employees.
Starting today and until further notice, 70% of government staff will work from home, while the remaining 30% will continue to report to their offices. This excludes essential sectors that require physical presence or have special protocols in place for emergency situations.
The decision aims to ensure public safety and maintain the continuity of services during this period of heightened caution.
