HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister Receives Newly Appointed Bangladeshi Ambassador

His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, today welcomed His Excellency Md Rais Hasan Sarower, ndc, the newly appointed Ambassador of Bangladesh to the Kingdom of Bahrain.

During the meeting at Riffa Palace, His Royal Highness underscored the strength of the longstanding Bahrain–Bangladesh relationship, affirming both countries' shared commitment to deepening cooperation across various sectors in pursuit of common goals.

HRH the Crown Prince extended his best wishes to Ambassador Sarower as he begins his diplomatic mission, noting the importance of his role in advancing bilateral ties and expanding multisectoral collaboration.

The two sides also discussed topics of mutual interest, reviewed ongoing regional and global developments, and explored new avenues for partnership.

Ambassador Sarower expressed his gratitude for the continued support of His Royal Highness and praised Bahrain’s leadership for fostering a forward-looking and inclusive foreign policy. He also conveyed his best wishes for the Kingdom’s ongoing growth and prosperity.

The meeting was attended by His Excellency Hamad bin Faisal Al Malki, Minister of Cabinet Affairs.
