A Vision for Youth and a Brighter Future
Speaking on the occasion, His Highness Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa emphasized Bahrain’s ongoing commitment to launching initiatives that empower young people across various sectors.
He stated that the upcoming center would inspire creativity and innovation among the youth and prepare them to build a brighter future for the Kingdom. He commended the project as a comprehensive and supportive ecosystem for youth-driven work, aligning with Bahrain’s legacy of national achievements.
"Young people possess the ambition and determination needed to shape a more advanced and prosperous future for our beloved nation," His Highness said.
A Key Pillar of the 2022–2026 Industrial Strategy
The project aligns with Bahrain’s National Industrial Sector Strategy (2022–2026), which focuses on accelerating the growth of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), promoting industrial innovation, and enhancing research and development.
Minister Fakhro highlighted the significance of the initiative, calling it a strategic step in implementing the national industrial strategy. “This project offers direct support to SMEs and helps create a thriving environment for innovation and R&D,” he said.
He also noted that providing youth, makers, and innovators with access to essential resources and infrastructure is critical to turning their ideas into innovative products. This, in turn, would contribute to Bahrain’s knowledge-based economic growth.
Hope Ventures: Committed to Inspiring Bahrain’s Youth
Shaikh Hamad bin Mohammed Al Khalifa, Chairman of Hope Ventures, expressed pride in the partnership and reaffirmed the company’s commitment to nurturing a dynamic environment for Bahrain’s ambitious youth.
He noted that Hope Ventures is focused on empowering young people to play a vital role in shaping the future of Bahrain’s industrial landscape through innovation and modern technology.
“Our sustainable initiatives aim to meet the aspirations of the next generation and elevate the competitiveness of Bahraini industries both locally and globally,” he added.
A State-of-the-Art Industrial Campus
The new center will span over 57,000 square meters and include areas for light manufacturing, logistics, creative spaces, co-working areas, administrative offices, training facilities, and other essential services.
The project is expected to become a cornerstone in Bahrain’s drive to foster industrial innovation, encourage entrepreneurship, and develop a highly skilled and future-ready workforce.
