HM King affirms growing Bahrain-Jordan relations

His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa expressed pride in the longstanding ties and deep-rooted historical relations between the Kingdom of Bahrain and the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, noting their continued development driven by mutual commitment to enhance cooperation in means that serve common interests.

HM King was speaking as he received yesterday His Excellency Ayman Safadi, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign and Expatriate Affairs of Jordan, at Al Safriya Palace on the occasion of his visit to Bahrain.

H.E. Safadi conveyed here the greetings and gratitude of His Majesty King Abdullah II ibn Al Hussein of Jordan, and wished for Bahrain’s continued progress and prosperity.

HM King Hamad extended greetings and sincere wishes to HM King Abdullah II and to the people of Jordan for continued growth and success.

He welcomed the visiting official and highlighted the importance of such visits in supporting coordination and consultation between the two countries amid ongoing regional developments.

HM the King also expressed appreciation for the efforts of HM King Abdullah II in advancing Bahrain-Jordan relations and commended Jordan’s role, under HM King Abdullah II leadership, in advancing joint Arab action and supporting peace, security, and stability in the region.
