The Duchess and Duke of Sussex welcome their first baby into the world as Meghan Markel gives birth to a baby boy.
The royal baby is set be seventh in line to the throne.
The birth has come just a couple of weeks before the royal couple will celebrate their first wedding anniversary.
The announcement was made on the Duke and Duchess of Sussex's recently launched Instagram account.
"We are pleased to announce that Their Royal Highnesses The Duke and Duchess of Sussex welcomed their firstborn child in the early morning on May 6th, 2019," the statement reads.
