Doha malls offer shopping, dining and entertainment during Hala Summer
Nine destinations across Qatar are taking part in the month-long festival, featuring special offers, family activities and raffle prizes
Qatar’s leading shopping destinations are offering visitors a mix of retail, dining and entertainment experiences throughout August as part of Visit Qatar’s Hala Summer campaign.
Running from August 1 to 31, the festival brings together nine participating malls and restaurants from the Taste of Qatar network, offering special promotions, family-friendly activities and raffle draws.
The participating destinations include Place Vendôme, Doha Festival City, Mall of Qatar, Villaggio Mall, City Center Doha, Landmark Mall, Doha Mall, Hyatt Plaza and Al Hazm.
Place Vendôme in Lusail combines Parisian-inspired architecture with luxury shopping, dining and a waterfront setting. Its canal and dancing fountains add to the experience, particularly during evening visits.
Doha Festival City in Umm Salal Mohammed offers international brands alongside dining and family attractions, including Angry Birds World and Snow Dunes.
Mall of Qatar in Al Rayyan features its signature indoor Oasis, alongside shopping, dining, live performances and family entertainment.
Villaggio Mall, located in Aspire Zone, is known for its Venetian-inspired design, indoor canal and gondola rides, combining retail, dining and entertainment.
City Center Doha offers shopping and dining in the West Bay area, while Landmark Mall in Al Gharrafa combines a family-friendly atmosphere with architecture inspired by traditional Qatari design.
Doha Mall in Abu Hamour provides a contemporary mix of shopping, dining and family entertainment, while Hyatt Plaza in Al Waab remains a popular family destination with children's entertainment and easy access to attractions around Aspire Zone.
Al Hazm in Al Markhiya offers a more upscale experience, featuring grand architecture, landscaped courtyards, luxury boutiques and dining venues influenced by both Arabian and European styles.
The Hala Summer festival is also giving shoppers the chance to participate in raffle draws throughout August.
Visitors who spend at least QAR 200 at participating destinations can have their receipts stamped before visiting a designated redemption booth to exchange them for a raffle coupon. Each stamped receipt can be redeemed once.
