At Least 19 Killed as Two Buses Collide on Syrian Highway

Damascus: At least 19 people were killed and dozens injured after two passenger buses collided on the main highway linking Deir ez-Zor with Damascus.
The violent crash caused one of the buses to burst into flames, resulting in a partial disruption to highway traffic.
Civil Defense crews and ambulance teams rushed to the scene to extinguish the fire and pull survivors from the wreckage.
Emergency responders swiftly transferred all injured victims and deceased passengers to nearby hospitals for urgent medical treatment.
