Tate Brothers Arrested in Miami as UK Seeks Extradition Over New Sex Crime Charges

Miami: Social media influencers Andrew Tate and Tristan Tate have been arrested in Miami after British authorities filed new rape and human trafficking charges and sought their extradition to the UK.
The UK's Crown Prosecution Service announced additional charges involving four more alleged victims, bringing the total number of alleged victims in the UK case to seven. Andrew Tate, 39, faces further charges including rape, trafficking for sexual exploitation, assault, indecent images of a child and extreme pornography, while Tristan Tate, 38, faces additional charges of rape, sexual assault and trafficking for sexual exploitation.
The brothers, who hold dual UK and US citizenship, were arrested by the US Marshals Service under an extradition request from Britain. Prosecutors are seeking to return them to the UK to face both the original and newly added charges.
The Tate brothers have also faced separate criminal investigations in Romania. They deny all allegations against them.
