UAE reviews preparations for 46th ICMM World Congress in Abu Dhabi

The Organizing Committee of the 46th World Congress of the International Committee of Military Medicine (ICMM), scheduled to take place in Abu Dhabi from November 9 to 13, 2026, held a coordination meeting to review the latest preparations for the event.
The meeting was chaired by Major General Issaq Saleh Al Bloushi, Assistant Chief of Staff for Joint Capabilities and Chairman of the Conference Steering Committee. It focused on monitoring progress across various organizational and technical tracks ahead of the global gathering at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre (ADNEC).
Committee members reviewed updates on logistical arrangements, operational planning, and coordination between different working groups involved in the congress. Discussions also covered mechanisms to enhance cooperation among committees to ensure efficient execution of tasks.
Officials emphasized the importance of integrated efforts and strict adherence to the established timeline. The review aims to ensure the congress is delivered at the highest standards of organization and professionalism, reflecting positively on the host nation and its capabilities in organizing major international events.
