Menzies Aviation has reported record results for 2025, surpassing $3 billion in annual revenue for the first time and marking its fifth consecutive year of double-digit growth.

The global aviation services provider posted revenue of $3 billion, up 16% year-on-year from $2.6 billion in 2024. EBITDA reached $406 million (post IFRS16), delivering a strong 13.4% margin.

The company also strengthened its position as the world’s largest aviation services provider following the acquisition of G2 Secure Staff, which doubled its U.S. footprint to 108 airports.

Record operational scale

Menzies supported 5.3 million flights globally in 2025—averaging 14,500 flights per day—alongside handling 2.4 million tonnes of cargo across 76 facilities. Its global network expanded to 347 airports across 65 countries after adding 63 new airport operations during the year.

The workforce grew significantly to 65,000 employees, an increase of more than 13,000, while voluntary staff turnover improved by 13%.

Major global expansion

In the United States, Menzies secured key ground handling licences at Miami International Airport and at New Terminal One at John F. Kennedy International Airport.

Internationally, the company became the first global ground handler certified in Argentina and expanded cargo operations in Northern Europe through a major facility at Oslo Airport.

In the Middle East, Africa, Asia and Pacific regions, Menzies secured a 15-year licence at Kempegowda International Airport Bengaluru, launched operations at Dr. António Agostinho Neto International Airport, and expanded services in Sydney and Hong Kong.

The company also expanded its Air Menzies International operations in Auckland and India, while growing its global airport lounge network under its Pearl brand.
