Sylvester Stallone turns to his daughters for advice.

The 80-year-old actor has enjoyed huge success in Hollywood, but his daughter Scarlet didn’t need any guidance when she appeared alongside Stallone in Tulsa King, his TV crime-drama series.

Speaking at New York 92nd Street Y, Stallone shared: “She gave me advice actually. She’s very like, daddy’s girl.

“You feel so protective, obviously, right? And you, you are constantly. So now I don’t suggest anything. She’s really grown up.”

Stallone - who has Sophia, 30, Sistine, 28, and Scarlet, 24, with wife Jennifer Flavin - believes his daughter “knew more” than he did.

The movie star also observed that his daughters have had a “very cinematic upbringing”.

Stallone - who also has Sargeoh, 47, with ex-wife Sasha Czack, and son Sage who died in 2012, aged 36 - said: “All my daughters have grown up in this world, so they knew more than I do.

“Seriously, it’s unbelievable how much media they absorb. So I go to them. I’m kind of like this old, cranky guy, and they’re right there. I can’t even tell you how excited and different she is, all of them, but they all have a very cinematic upbringing.”

Meanwhile, Stallone previously claimed that he was determined to shoot a reality TV show while he’s “still relevant”.
