Bahraini karter to compete in Ayrton Senna Trophy
Young Bahraini racing driver Khalid Ali Alnajjar will participate in the Ayrton Senna Trophy hosted in Circuito di Napoli in Sarno, Italy from December 10 to 14.
After a strong start to his racing season in Bahrain with Praga Middle East Team, Khalid will take part in his first international race next weekend with the official Praga factory team.
At just eight years old, Khalid is the youngest Bahraini to participate in this race and he looks forward to gaining experience and to raising the Kingdom of Bahrain’s flag in the event.
He hopes to continue his impressive form so far in the national karting season, where he has so far had multiple top three finishes in his racing class.
