Major Qalali sewage network construction project completed

The construction of a sewage network on Block 254 of the Qalali area in Muharraq Governorate has been successfully completed, according to Engineer Fathi Abdullah Al-Farea, Assistant Undersecretary for Sanitation at the Ministry of Works.
Additionally, road-paving work in the project area, which serves 70 properties, has also been finished. The project involved the construction of an 800-metre-long main sewer line and a 600-metre-long secondary sewer line. It also included the establishment of 128 inspection rooms and necessary road paving.
The Ministry is working diligently to connect various properties to the sewage network as part of an infrastructure strengthening program. This initiative aims to meet the needs of both citizens and residents by providing a healthy, safe, and sustainable environment for the community. Eng. Al-Farea commended the efforts of the Ministry’s employees and Arad Construction Company for completing the project ahead of schedule.
