Bahrain hails Saudi Arabia on Hajj safety success

His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, commended Saudi Arabia’s efforts in safeguarding the health and safety of pilgrims from Bahrain and around the world.

HRH Prince Salman was speaking as received yesterday the Undersecretary of the Court of Cassation and Chairman of the Bahrain Pilgrimage Mission, Shaikh Adnan bin Abdulla Al Qattan, and members of the High Committee for Hajj and Umrah Affairs, at Riffa Palace.

His Royal Highness highlighted Saudi Arabia’s commitment to providing the highest standards of services and facilities to the pilgrims under the leadership of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, with the support of the Crown Prince, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense, HRH Prince Mohammed bin Salman Al Saud, which is reflected in the continued success of the annual Hajj pilgrimage.

HRH the Crown Prince and Primer Minister expressed his thanks to the High Committee for Hajj and Umrah Affairs for their efforts in facilitating the pilgrim’s journey for both citizens and residents, and their enriching spiritual experience. He congratulated Bahrain’s pilgrims on their safe return from the Hajj pilgrimage.

The Minister of Justice, Islamic Affairs and Waqf and Chairman of the High Committee for Hajj and Umrah Affairs, Nawaf bin Mohammed Al Maawda, Shaikh Adnan bin Abdulla, and the Committee members expressed their gratitude for the opportunity to meet with HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, and for his ongoing support of the Committee’s efforts in facilitating the Hajj pilgrimage for citizens and residents.

His Highness Shaikh Mohammed bin Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Minister of Justice, Islamic Affairs and the Minister of Cabinet Affairs, Hamad bin Faisal Al Malki, also attended the meeting.
