Southern Governorate conducts disinfection campaigns in Buhair, Hajjat

The Southern Governorate conducted disinfection campaigns in the Buhair and Hajjat areas, in cooperation with the General Directorate of Civil Defence and the Southern Governorate Police Directorate, and with the participation of a number of volunteers.
These were done within the directives of Southern Governor His Highness Shaikh Khalifa bin Ali bin Khalifa Al Khalifa to strengthen preventive measures to limit the spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19). HH the Southern Governor affirmed that, in implementation of the directives of the Minister of Interior, the governorate launched a series of sanitisation campaigns in its various regions as part of its efforts to strengthen the necessary precautionary measures, in cooperation and coordination with various security departments, to ensure the safety of the people. HH the Southern Governor appreciated the role of the security officers and volunteers in their active participation in strengthening community partnership and achieving its principles through coordination and joint cooperation, which contribute to national efforts to combat COVID-19.
