NPRA adopts precautionary measures

The Nationality, Passports and Residence Affairs (NPRA) announced yesterday that it has taken, in cooperation with concerned authorities, precautionary measures to combat the spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.
The efforts include periodic disinfection operations for its building, holding online meetings, and reducing the number of staff by 50 per cent. Meanwhile, the NPRA will introduce from April 5 a set of online services to enable applications to be processed without the need to visit the department.
