Bros who avenged ‘assault on nephew’ to learn fate

Two brothers accused of causing a permanent disability to a fellow national, will hear the court verdict on September 15, 2019. The pair assaulted, according to court files, the plaintiff after the latter allegedly attacked their nephew on several occasions.  They wanted to put an end to his series of assaults, but they did it and landed themselves in the police net. Prosecutors said that the first brother confronted the victim after their nephew informed him that he was beaten up.

“As soon as we saw him, we stabbed him in the tummy as well as his little finger,” the second brother told Prosecutors. The duo wanted to cover their crime by reportedly calling the police, alleging that they were attacked by their victim. They later called again and informed them that they responded to his assault by stabbing him, following which they surrendered themselves.  “He fell down as we stabbed and we directly phoned the police to report that he assaulted us.

“Then we called again to tell them that he was injured and we headed to the police station to surrender ourselves,” the second brother added. According to medical reports, the victim is no longer able to move his finger normally, suffering fiver per cent permanent disability.
