Bahrainis urged to experience ‘Dive Bahrain’

Youth and Sports Minister Aymen Al Moayyed has congratulated His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, HRH Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa and HRH Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and First Deputy Prime Minister on the opening of the world’s largest underwater theme park that was announced by HM the King’s Personal Representative HH Shaikh Abdullah bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the President of the Supreme Council for Environment.

“The Dive Bahrain is a great success story and an outstanding addition to the tourism, economic and sports projects hosted by the Kingdom of Bahrain,” he said.

“It is in line with the initiatives of HH Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Representative of His Majesty the King for Charity and Youth Affairs, Chairman of the Supreme Council for Youth and Sports and the principles of the National Programme for the Development of the Youth and Sports Sector ‘Response’.

“It will also be a landmark for tourism, the economy and sports in Bahrain.” The Ministry of Youth and Sports Affairs supports the pilot project and the park, the largest in the world, he added. “Therefore, the ministry invites Bahraini youth to benefit from the park and experience the sport of diving in a safe environment,” he said.
