Prosecution witnesses fail to attend BD1.5m embezzlement case hearing
The Lower Criminal Court has adjourned the case of three Asian employees, aged 53, 35 and 49, accused of embezzlement after prosecution witnesses failed to appear in court.
The three men were serving in a major construction company, from where they allegedly embezzled BD1.5m. The trio include the general manager, the project manager and a quantity surveyor.
