Al Raja School bags medals in World Scholars Cup Bahrain Round
Thirty students from Al Raja School finished with pride in the recently concluded World Scholars Cup Bahrain Round held at St. Christopher’s School.
The students that formed ten teams garnered individual and team awards in team debates, scholar’s challenge, and scholar’s bowl. Six of the teams have qualified to participate in the global rounds in Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia), Barcelona (Spain), and Melbourne (Australia).
The delegation was headed by ARS teachers, Virgil Fernandez and Thomas Jaussi under the leadership of the principal, Joshua Perkins and Vice Principal, Vinolia John.
It is a delight to have achieved such as first-timers in the World Scholars Cup which has been running in Bahrain for five years now, school officials said.
