Bin Faqeeh, Al Taitoon in deal for Layan

Manama : Bahrain’s leading developer, Bin Faqeeh Real Estate Investment Company signed an agreement with Al Taitoon Contracting WLL to construct luxury residential project, Layan. 

The deal was signed by Faisal Faqeeh, Chairman of Bin Faqeeh Real Estate Investment Company and N. Raja Durai, Director of Al Taitoon Contracting WLL.

Layan is a BD30 million residential project with an unparalleled water park, designed by the world’s renowned water park facility specialist. A holistic and therapeutic approach to entertainment and relaxation, Layan promises the perfect balance of family enjoyment and personal fulfilment.

Al Taitoon Contracting is one of the leading business partners of Bin Faqeeh. They have partnered previously to construct several real estate projects including Dar Al Salam, The Breaker, The One, Plus, Dar Tower, Business Bay, The Grand, The Homes, Dragon City Apartments and 360.

Commenting on this occasion, Faisal Faqeeh said, “Layan is expected to be completed within 30 months. When ready, the project will be a prominent landmark and top tourist destination on a regional scale. It will support Bahrain’s position as the preferred choice for family leisure”.

Bin Faqeeh, a Bahrain-based, privately owned real estate investor and developer, has delivered more than $1.2bn-worth of projects since its inception in 2008.
