Utilize facilities at Knowledge Resources Centres: Minister
Manama : Education Minister, Dr. Majid Al-Nuaimi, has given directives to take advantage of the Knowledge Resources Centres in the Kingdom.
Equipment, written and audio-visual materials should be properly utilised to implement summer programmes for students to enable them to develop their skills, hobbies and talent, as well as to prepare them for the new academic year, the Education Minister said while visiting knowledge centres.
The Minister said that those facilities are provided with the latest electronic and digital equipment, as well as the most important publications in various fields.
Those centres also include qualified specialists to guide students to take optimum advantage of the equipment and services during the summer holidays in the morning and evening periods.
Al-Nuaimi praised the project adopted by the knowledge centres to turn paper stories written by children into picture stories and post them on YouTube so as to be read by the greatest number of children.
