Court ruling of two accused of abducting and inhumanely beating a 16-year-old boy will be given on October 1.
The accused, aged 15 and 23, reportedly attacked the boy under the pretext he was a "police informer".
According to court files, the 23-year-old accused kidnapped the victim with the help of two other men, whose identities are still unknown.
Following police investigation, detectives discovered the 15-year-old, who was a friend of the victim, was also involved in the crime.
Court files stated he was with the victim in a park in Karbabad when the incident took place.
"A car suddenly stopped in front of us, and three men stepped out. They covered my face and drove me to a farm," the victim told prosecutors. "They said I was a police informer and then burned my back using a lighter,” the victim told prosecutors.
Then they took me to a building and forced me to confess that I was a police informer. They were also recording the whole incident in a camera," he added.
After the assault, the abductors reportedly drove the victim back to Karbabad, and disposed him there.
Upon arrest, the 23-year-old victim told prosecutors about the involvement of his co-accused in the crime.
