PCCI Group gets new CCO
Manama : PCCI Group, a company in customer experience and operations outsourcing, announced the appointment of Juan Bezón as its Chief Commercial Officer (CCO).
Bezón has been entrusted with overseeing the company’s operations in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait and Oman markets. He is also in charge of strengthening PCCI Group’s position of providing full multi-channel customer experience services, which will enable customers to not only enhance their total customer life cycle, but also assist them in becoming market leaders.
He will also be responsible for growing the Group’s market share in the Middle East as well as emerging markets within the region, across the public sector and various industries such as banking, telecom and IT.
