BAHRAIN KEEN TO PROMOTE COMMUNITY PARTNERSHIP
Labour Minister Jameel Humaidan spoke at the Geneva Labour Conference

Labour Minister and Head of Bahrain's delegation to the 104 session of the International Labour Conference in Geneva, Jameel Humaidan stated Bahrain is keen to provide its citizens with decent and productive jobs to boost their welfare and fast-track development.
Addressing the International Labour Conference general session on Thursday at the Nations Palace in Geneva, he emphasised Bahrain's resolve to march ahead with policies aimed at fostering the principles of community partnership between the three productive sides and apply international labour standards to safeguard their interests.
The Labour Minister highlighted the main issues raised by the International Labour Organisation (ILO) Director General Guy Ryder in his report submitted to the current session, in which he spotlighted the main challenges faced by the labour market amid fast-paced national and international developments.
He lauded the organisation's keenness to promote social justice, tripartite cooperation, social dialogue and a decent life for the workforce
