Bahrain launches Global Creativity Competition
The Cultural Office of the Embassy of Bahrain announced the Nasser Bin Hamad International Youth Creativity Award from the Ministry of Youth and Sports Affairs.
The award consists of six categories: Science, Architecture, Graphic Design, Art, Photography and Film Making.
The aim of the award is to attract and develop young talents and to reduce the obstacles that many of today’s youth face by giving them an opportunity to showcase their talents and creativity.
Moreover, the award aims to strengthen the relationship between the youth of the Kingdom and those from all around the world by promoting the exchange of experience and stimulating competitive spirit.
The prize is intended for contestants of all nationalities aged 14–30 years. The awards range from US$5,000 to US$11,000 depending on the category and age group.
The participation is categorised into three age groups for each of the six areas mentioned above.
