HH Shaikh Nasser: Arab Youth Are a Model of Ambition and Achievement

His Highness Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, His Majesty's Representative for Humanitarian Works and Youth Affairs, has hailed Arab youth as a model of ambition and achievement, stressing that investing in young people is key to building a prosperous future.

Marking Arab Youth Day, HH Shaikh Nasser said the occasion highlights the importance of nurturing a generation that believes in its abilities, pursues its ambitions, and understands that the future of nations is shaped by determination, hard work, and perseverance.

He said Bahrain’s success in supporting and empowering youth is driven by the vision of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and the continued backing of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister. He noted that this leadership has established a national development approach that places people at the heart of progress.

HH Shaikh Nasser said Arab youth possess the knowledge, talent, and ambition needed to lead change and drive development. He added that the greatest challenge is not the availability of opportunities, but the level of ambition young people have for themselves and their nations.

He reaffirmed Bahrain’s commitment to providing an environment that enables young people to develop their skills, realise their potential, and transform their ideas into successful projects, initiatives, and achievements that contribute to national development.

HH Shaikh Nasser also expressed pride in the accomplishments of Bahraini youth across various fields, describing them as a reflection of their awareness, determination, and ability to represent the Kingdom with distinction on regional and international platforms.
