A commercial dispute between two companies over unpaid contracting services ended with the High Commercial Court ordering a company to pay more than BD40,000 in outstanding dues. The case involved payments for supplied materials, equipment rental and labour services provided under a credit agreement.

The claimant company filed a lawsuit seeking BD40,239.940, stating that the defendant had acknowledged the debt but failed to settle the amount. The court reviewed documents submitted in the case and found the evidence sufficient to prove the outstanding obligation.

As the defendant company failed to appear in court or provide evidence of payment, the court ruled in favour of the claimant and ordered payment of the debt, along with legal costs and attorney fees.
