The Electricity and Water Authority (EWA) has introduced a fully electronic inspection service for new water connection requests, reducing processing time from five working days to two.
The digital service allows citizens, residents, businesses and institutions to apply for new water connections and meter installations without traditional inspections in eligible cases.
The upgrade has reduced service procedures, lowered documentation requirements by 50 percent and improved processing efficiency.
