Dr. Shaikha Rana bint Isa Al Khalifa, Director General of the Institute of Public Administration (IPA), inaugurated the second cohort of the Executive Programme in Government Communication in Manama. Ahmed Khaled Al Araifi, CEO of the National Communication Centre (NCC), attended the opening ceremony.
She said government communication is a strategic tool for supporting public policy, enhancing transparency, and showcasing national achievements. Both sides highlighted the importance of investing in national talent and adopting modern technologies, including artificial intelligence, to strengthen the effectiveness and impact of government messaging.
