HM King Hamad Visits Bahrain Defence Force Unit

His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, the King of the Kingdom of Bahrain and Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, visited one of the units of the Bahrain Defence Force today, reaffirming the Kingdom’s continued focus on strengthening its military readiness and national defence capabilities.

Upon arrival, His Majesty was received by Field Marshal Sheikh Khalifa bin Ahmed Al Khalifa, Commander-in-Chief of the Bahrain Defence Force, along with several senior officers.

During the visit, His Majesty reviewed the operational preparedness and capabilities of the unit. He praised the advanced level of readiness and combat efficiency demonstrated by its personnel, commending their discipline, professionalism, and commitment to duty. The King also highlighted the strong spirit of teamwork among members of the unit and their coordination with other branches and units of the Bahrain Defence Force.

His Majesty emphasized that Bahrain’s military, security agencies, and civil defence remain a solid shield protecting the nation, safeguarding its achievements, and defending its development journey. He stressed their vital role in maintaining national security and responding firmly to any threats against the Kingdom.

The King further expressed his pride and appreciation for the dedication and vigilance of Bahrain’s armed forces, noting that they continue to earn the respect and trust of the Bahraini people.
