Interior Ministry Revises Night-Time Emergency Alerts

The Ministry of Interior announced a new adjustment to its wireless emergency alert system on smartphones, effective from today.
Under the revised system, emergency alerts issued during late-night hours—from 12:00 a.m. to 6:00 a.m. will now use only a notification tone instead of louder alert sounds.
The move aims to ensure critical warnings continue to reach the public while minimizing overnight disturbance.
