Charity groups get PM’s Ramadan grant

Twenty charity organisations and funds received Prime Minister HRH Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa’s annual Ramadan grant of 100 tonnes of deluxe Thai rice.
Representatives of charity funds and organisations extended their sincere gratitude to the Prime Minister for his generous annual Ramadan gesture, reflecting his keenness to reach out to needy and support them with the requirements of a decent living during the holy month of Ramadan.
“Muharraq and its people are grateful to the Premier for his great love to Muharraq,” they said, citing the mega development projects implemented in the city upon his directives to upgrade the services provided for citizens and residents.
They extended sincere congratulations to Prince Khalifa on the advent of the Holy Month of Ramadan, wishing him many happy returns.
