HM King Meets Bahrain Defence Force Personnel, Praises Courage and National Unity

His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, the Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, met today with several personnel from the Bahrain Defence Force, in the presence of Field Marshal Shaikh Khalifa bin Ahmed Al Khalifa, Commander-in-Chief of the Bahrain Defence Force.

During the meeting, His Majesty commended the high level of competence demonstrated by all members of the Bahrain Defence Force, highlighting their courage, dedication, and strong sense of duty in carrying out their national responsibilities.

His Majesty strongly condemned the recent unjustified Iranian aggression against the Kingdom of Bahrain and countries in the region, noting that the attacks targeted civilians, residential areas, and critical infrastructure, resulting in injuries and damage to citizens’ homes. He affirmed that all losses incurred by citizens will be compensated.

The King also reiterated the importance of adhering to United Nations Security Council Resolution 2817, which condemns such attacks and calls for an immediate halt to hostile actions.

His Majesty expressed deep appreciation for the patriotic spirit shown by Bahraini citizens, praising their awareness, unity, and willingness to volunteer in relief and reconstruction efforts. He emphasized that national duty requires continued readiness to safeguard the Kingdom’s security and stability.

Reaffirming Bahrain’s resilience, His Majesty stated that the Kingdom will remain a secure and stable nation, continuing its path of development and progress through unity, loyalty, and dedication of its people.
