Strategic Resource Use to Unlock Opportunities for Bahrainis, Says Crown Prince

His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, today met with HE Ahmed bin Salman Al-Musallam, Speaker of the Council of Representatives, and HE Ali bin Saleh Al Saleh, Chairman of the Shura Council, along with deputies and members of both councils, at Gudaibiya Palace.

During the meeting, His Royal Highness highlighted the achievements of Team Bahrain across various sectors, made possible through the support of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa. He noted that these accomplishments reflect a shared commitment to advancing the Kingdom’s continued progress.

His Royal Highness underscored the importance of strong cooperation between the executive and legislative branches in implementing government plans and programmes that serve the interests of the Kingdom and its citizens. He also commended members of the legislative branch for their efforts in addressing the needs and aspirations of citizens across Bahrain.

HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister reaffirmed the Kingdom’s commitment to advancing development initiatives across multiple sectors, while enhancing services and programmes that place citizens at the heart of national development. He further emphasised Bahrain’s ongoing efforts to adopt policies and implement plans aimed at strengthening the national economy for the benefit of all.

His Royal Highness reiterated that providing high-quality opportunities for citizens remains a key priority, highlighting the importance of effectively utilising resources to empower Bahrainis and support sustainable development.

For their part, the Speaker of the Council of Representatives and the Chairman of the Shura Council expressed their gratitude and appreciation to HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister for his continued support in strengthening cooperation between the executive and legislative authorities, in line with Bahrain’s development goals and long-term prosperity.

The meeting was also attended by His Excellency Shaikh Khalid bin Abdulla Al Khalifa, Deputy Prime Minister; HE General Shaikh Rashid bin Abdulla Al Khalifa, Minister of Interior; His Highness Shaikh Isa bin Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Minister of the Prime Minister’s Court; His Excellency Shaikh Salman bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, Minister of Finance and National Economy; and a number of senior officials.
