Bahrain and Morocco Reaffirm Brotherhood in Royal Meeting

His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa received His Excellency Ahmed Toufiq, Morocco’s Minister of Endowments and Islamic Affairs, at Al-Sakhir Palace today during his visit to the Kingdom of Bahrain.

During the meeting, the Moroccan minister conveyed the greetings and best wishes of His Majesty King Mohammed VI of the Kingdom of Morocco to King Hamad, along with his hopes for continued progress and prosperity for Bahrain under His Majesty’s wise leadership.

King Hamad welcomed the Moroccan minister and asked him to convey his greetings and best wishes to King Mohammed VI, wishing him good health and happiness, and continued development and progress for the Moroccan people. His Majesty also praised the minister’s efforts and contributions in the field of Islamic affairs and endowments.

The King highlighted the strong and long-standing brotherly relations between Bahrain and Morocco, noting the steady growth of cooperation between the two countries across various fields. He stressed the importance of such visits in strengthening ties and exchanging expertise in Islamic and endowment affairs for the benefit of both nations.

His Majesty also commended the important role played by King Mohammed VI in supporting bilateral relations and Morocco’s efforts in serving Arab and Islamic causes.

For his part, Minister Ahmed Toufiq expressed his sincere thanks and appreciation to King Hamad for the warm welcome and generous hospitality. He praised His Majesty’s continued commitment to strengthening brotherly relations and enhancing cooperation between Bahrain and Morocco, wishing Bahrain and its people continued progress and prosperity.
