RHF launches ‘House of Humanity’ initiative

The Royal Humanitarian Foundation (RHF) has launched the “House of Humanity” gathering initiative, aimed at strengthening bonds among employees, renewing internal communication channels, and breaking the routine of daily work. The initiative also seeks to reinforce a unified team spirit in a positive environment outside the framework of formal work.

On this occasion, Engineer Ibrahim Dalhan Al Dosari, Acting Secretary-General of the RHF, affirmed that the launch of the “House of Humanity” initiative comes in response to the directives of His Highness Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Representative of His Majesty the King for Humanitarian Work and Youth Affairs and Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the RHF, to provide a positive and motivating work environment based on investing in human capital.

He explained that through this initiative, the Foundation seeks to strengthen team spirit and human connection among employees, given its direct impact on enhancing the quality of institutional performance and the services provided to beneficiaries, and on supporting the achievement of the Foundation’s humanitarian mission with greater efficiency.

Gatherings

The “House of Humanity” initiative is based on organizing monthly communication gatherings for the Foundation’s employees, held in rotation among its departments. These gatherings include a variety of friendly activities that foster familiarity among staff and motivate them to exert greater efforts to develop performance and raise levels of excellence.
