His Excellency Shaikh Salman bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, Minister of Finance and National Economy, affirmed that the fourth edition of the “Muharraq Nights” Festival stands as a significant cultural and tourism landmark. He explained that the festival, held along the UNESCO-listed “Pearling Path” in Muharraq, aligns with national efforts to strengthen the cultural sector and support sustainable tourism and development projects. With its diverse programme — including live performances, traditional crafts, visual arts, and family-friendly activities — the festival enriches the visitor experience, creates promising opportunities, and reinforces Bahrain’s position as a distinguished cultural and tourism destination.

Shaikh Salman also praised the strong collaboration between government entities and the private sector in organizing this year’s edition. He highlighted the key role played by BACA in developing cultural content and interactive programmes, alongside the contributions of the Ministry of Tourism and private partners in supporting the “Bahrain Festivities” season. These collective efforts, he said, have expanded the variety of events offered across the Kingdom.
