Nazar Muthukad’s 'Arulappadu' Launched at BKS-DC Book Fest

The fifth day of the BKS - DC Book Fest and Cultural Carnival, began with 'Aksharathoni,' a programme organized by the Malayalam Mission Bahrain Chapter. This was followed by a cultural gathering where the book 'Arulappadu' by expatriate writer Nazar Muthukad was officially launched. The book was released by the prominent young writer, Mr. Naseef Kalayath. The function was presided over by BKS President Mr. Radhakrishna Pillai, with General Secretary Mr. Varghese Karakkal delivering the welcome address. S.V. Basheer introduced and reviewed the book.
The event, coordinated by Mr. Biju M. Satheesh, was attended by Book Fair General Convener Ashley Kurian, BKS Literary Secretary Mr. Vinayachandran Nair, and Joint Convener Mrs. Sinsha Vitesh.
The literary focus continued after the launch with a face-to-face interaction session featuring Mr. Naseef Kalayath, moderated by Rithin Raj.
In addition to the literary events, a Photography Exhibition organized by the BKS Photography Club is also underway. The Book Fest and Cultural Carnival will continue to host events until December 14th.
