The Indian Club Open Badminton Tournament Kicks Off November 26

The Indian Club is set to host its annual 'Open Badminton Tournament – Junior & Senior 2025,' which will run from November 26 to December 5, 2025, at the Club’s premises in Gudaibiya. Organizers anticipate the participation of more than 500 players from across the GCC countries in a wide range of categories. The junior section features singles events for Boys and Girls in age groups U9, U11, U13, U15, U17, and U19.

The senior events include Men’s Doubles (Elite, Championship, Level 1 through 5), Women’s Doubles (Level 1, 2, & 3), and Mixed Doubles (Elite, Championship, Masters – Level 1, 2, & 3). Additionally, special categories such as Masters Doubles 45+ & 50+ (Level 1 & 2), Jumbled Doubles (Age category: 85+ & 100+), and the unique Men’s Doubles Motivational category (where the total weight of both players must be 165kg) are included.

Trophies will be presented to all winners and runners-up. The tournament is  sponsored by Saraya Constructions WLL., Value Line Trading, Sunday International WLL., Super Steel WLL., Al Kuwaiti Group, Dremial Trading WLL., Eram Floors, Sports Hub, and Acers Academy.
