Bahrain to host World Refining Summit

The Kingdom of Bahrain will host the World Refining Summit from April 13-15, 2026, organised by the Ministry of Oil and Environment in cooperation with Bapco Refining.
This was announced by His Excellency Dr. Mohammed bin Mubarak Bin Daina, Minister of Oil and Environment and Special Envoy for Climate Affairs, as he participated in the European Refining Technology Conference (ERTC), organised by the World Refining Association.
The conference is regarded as one of the foremost international events in the refining and petrochemicals industry, drawing extensive participation from experts, specialists and industry leaders from around the world.
Dr. Bin Daina’s announcement underscores Bahrain’s distinguished position as a leading regional hub for the refining and energy industries, as well as its proven ability to host specialised international events of strategic importance in this vital sector.
