HM King Hamad Commends Arab League Official’s Decades of Service

His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, the Supreme King of the Kingdom of Bahrain, today received Ambassador Khalil Ibrahim Al-Zawadi at Al Sakhir Palace, marking the completion of his tenure at the General Secretariat of the Arab League, where he served as Assistant Secretary-General and Head of the Arab Affairs and National Security Sector.

His Majesty warmly welcomed Ambassador Al-Zawadi and praised his distinguished efforts in serving the Kingdom across various diplomatic, media, and cultural fields throughout the senior positions he has held. His Majesty commended the ambassador’s contributions to strengthening Arab cooperation and joint action during his years of service at the Arab League, noting his extensive experience and high professional competence. The King wished him continued success in his future endeavors.

His Majesty also lauded the dedication and excellence of Bahrain’s national talents, highlighting their pivotal role in advancing the Kingdom’s comprehensive development and in achieving notable accomplishments. He emphasized that the rise of Bahraini professionals to leadership roles in regional and international organizations reflects their commitment to elevating the Kingdom’s standing and enhancing its reputation globally.

For his part, Ambassador Khalil Ibrahim Al-Zawadi expressed his deepest gratitude and appreciation to His Majesty the King for the honor of meeting him and for His Majesty’s kind praise and confidence.
